Here’s what we’ve done over the past few months: ♻️ Sustainable choices in our daily operations We wanted to create some cool company merch with a focus on sustainability, ensuring it's made in an environmentally conscious way. To make this happen, we teamed up with a second-hand clothing company, giving preloved items a new life as Ilmiö-branded gear! The same mindset extends to how we work — prioritizing sustainability in every area, from team members using refurbished laptops to making thoughtful, sustainable choices wherever we can  🤝 Giving back to the tech community We spend our days working with talented tech professionals, getting to know the industry inside and out. This autumn, our co-founder Mikael Korpi has been actively giving back by offering free CV sparring sessions. These sessions help tech professionals refine their profiles and take the next step in their careers  ❤️ Making recruitment count twice In November, we started turning our recruitment projects into support for those who need it most. For every new project, we donate 1000€ to charity, letting our partners choose the cause. Thanks to our partners, we've already matched last year's campaign (3000€), and we're not stopping here. Our annual campaign continues through December, making each successful recruitment benefit both companies and society These might seem like small steps, but we believe the best changes start with everyday actions.

As our partner, you’ll get to choose the charity: MIELI Suomen Mielenterveys ry – MIELI Mental Health Finland, to support mental health, or Pelastakaa Lapset ry - Save the Children Finland, to help children in need, or perhaps Lääkärit Ilman Rajoja, to aid doctors working in crisis zones.
