This development targets the industrialization of Forciot's innovative thin printed stretchable heater and sensor mats, which will be structurally integrated into various JSS steering wheel models for enhanced sensing and heating functionality. The system is scalable from simple steering wheel heating to advanced hand sensing with multiple sensing zones, opening the door for various use cases beyond traditional capacitive hand sensing. Driven by high customer demand, this solution is a key focus of our R&D efforts and sets the stage for future hands-on classification systems. Together with Forciot, we will also automate the mat-wrapping process, using advanced manufacturing automation to ensure cost efficiency and precision.
