    🌟 Incredibly proud to launch our latest project at Minimum.run: Santalucía Impulsa. 🌟 At Minimum, we worked to meet the needs of Santalucía Impulsa, the open innovation and entrepreneurship brand of the Santalucía Group. Santalucía Impulsa creates an ecosystem where startups, employees, mentors, and experts from the Santalucía Seguros Group collaborate to develop disruptive solutions. ⚙️ To achieve this, we: -Optimized existing resources -Analyzed and restructured the site’s content and architecture -Enhanced the brand identity Our work included simplifying the website structure, improving navigation for a seamless user experience, and optimizing #SEO to boost visibility across search engines. The project was developed using Webflow as the primary platform and delivered in two languages. The result is a more intuitive, visually appealing, and functional website designed to inspire visitors to actively engage and collaborate with the organization. 🙌 Thank you to the Santalucía team for trusting us to help shape this exciting project, especially to Jorge Millán-Astray, Maria Villalobos Santos, Ainhoa Cabello and Angel Uzquiza.   • We’ve surpassed €1 million in revenue in 2024! 🚀🎉 When Minimum.run was born in 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic, we had a clear vision: harness no-code technologies to be more agile, autonomous, and efficient. Since then, our journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. In our early days, we became Spain’s first official Webflow partner, transforming how companies built their marketing websites. After completing over 300 projects, we realized something critical: our clients wanted more than just a website. They wanted to grow. So in 2023, we took a bold step forward: we expanded our services to include #SEO, SEM, copywriting, creative #design, and #socialmediamanagement. This not only allowed us to help our clients acquire users both organically and through campaigns, but also to build deeper, long-term relationships. This evolution has been key to growing our recurring revenue streams, which bring more stability to Minimum while enabling us to better understand our clients and their business models. Looking ahead to 2025, we’re excited to keep pushing boundaries, working with incredible companies like Repsol, Wio Bank (Abu Dhabi), VRAI (New York), dormakaba (Zurich), Idoven, Kfund, and many more. Our mission is clear: to be a strategic partner in their growth journeys and transform projects into lasting relationships.     En 2022, creamos un buen producto esperando que se vendiese solo. Pero un producto, por muy bueno que sea, necesita marketing y adquisición. A principios de 2022 hubo dos situaciones que nos demostraron que debíamos concentrarnos en growth y adquisición: 1) Polyflow, nuestro propio producto con el que captamos sólo 1.000 eur en MRR después de varios meses (cuando habíamos puesto un objetivo 10.000 eur para que se autososteniera financieramente). Nos quedamos cortos. Nos falto atacar el mercado de forma más eficiente. 2) Un cliente que nos pidió crear una plataforma, pero también captar 1.000 clientes. Ahí nos dimos cuenta de que la capacidad que teníamos para crear producto vs generar negocio a través de marketing y captación era muy dispar. A partir de ahí comprendimos que la adquisición y marketing son igual de importantes que crear una gran identidad o un gran producto. Con esos aprendizajes, pivotamos Minimum.run con un enfoque nuevo hacia marketing y growth. Nos hicimos expertos en esta materia. Seguimos creando un equipo especializado hacia marketing. Ahora acompañamos a nuestros clientes a largo plazo a través de estrategias SEO, marketing, redes sociales, automatizaciones de marketing, analítica para seguir aprendiendo además de crear la identidad o web de marketing. Esto tiene dos aspectos positivos: 1) Generamos ingresos recurrentes para Minimum. 2) Movemos KPIs de crecimiento a nuestros clientes y somos cada vez mas estratégicos con ellos. Escalamos sus negocios y les ayudamos a posicionar mejor sus negocios. Pongo la mano en el fuego: Toda empresa piensa que quiere crecer o cómo quiere crecer. Para eso, primero piensa en su propuesta de valor y en cómo ayudar a sus clientes y ecosistema. A partir de ahí, se enfoca en captar clientes y en darle forma a su plan de negocio para que sea cada vez más eficiente, mejorando fees o rentabilidades. Una de las claves está en el marketing y growth. Desde 2022, nos centramos en este servicio. Para nosotros mismos y para nuestros clientes.
