Shipping Info

We ship orders using standard post unless otherwise selected - deliveries should reach you within 5-10 working days of dispatch within Europe. For international orders delivery times will depend on your location. Packages over 2kg will be sent using courier service, these usually arrive within 2-8 working days of dispatch, anywhere in the world. Can I insure my deliveries? If you wish to insure your order during postage this can be done for an additional cost. This option is given by the shopping cart during the check out process.

The Erased Tapes Store team pays great attention to the way that orders are packed, and we try our best to get your orders to you in mint condition. We employ a dedicated team of packing staff who pack orders securely and tidily in specially made recycled cardboard packaging.

The postal service will consider a package lost after 30 working days have passed from the day it was shipped to you if you’re based in Europe. International packages will be considered lost after 40 working days have passed. Please contact us via Customer Services if this time has lapsed.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns of download products, but offer a returns policy on all physical items.

We will replace any faulty item free of charge. Please contact us via Customer Services and we will promptly get back to you. We will require you to return the faulty item(s), but you will be reimbursed for your return postage. Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first.
