What topics are covered by articles in the Elections24Check database?

The database emphasises checks on claims made related to the 2024 European Parliamentary Elections. This covers claims which are likely to influence the EU election directly (e.g. by questioning integrity of voting procedures) as well as indirectly (e.g. by engaging with a policy issue). What's the difference between fact-checking, pre-bunking and debunking?

Prebunks are explainer-type articles that help identify possible disinformation before it is even necessarily encountered.
