What are the best ways to overcome obstacles when solving Communication problems?
Finding a common ground isn't agreeing on what is known as a "Win-Win situation" as many might misunderstand it this way. Finding common ground is about having something we can agree on, something we both experienced before as a crisis, attended the same school, etc. This builds rapport and paves both ways for revisiting the existing conflict or visiting the BATNA (Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement). The negotiation or conflict itself might end without any kind of agreeing on a solution yet, it ended in a good and respectable way, gave both parties the chance to get closer, and definitely a future collaboration opportunity either in the same position (company or situation) or in a new one as life is ongoing and you'll meet again

Then we are offered a case study from Injazz Egypt and we discuss this problem till we get a solution for it, and we are offered a certificate.

I had a mentoring session today with Education For Employment-Egypt , and it was a new experience for me to mentor students and fresh graduates! My mentoring background has always been with startups and business professionals, so I wanted to share my reflections on this experience: 1️⃣As a fresh graduate, finding your passion in work or discovering what you’re truly passionate about won’t come easily or immediately. It’s a process that takes time, and it’s okay not to have all the answers right away. 2️⃣Learning is an incredible journey, but knowing when to pause is essential.Sometimes, you need to stop 🛑 and reflect on your studies, courses, or even the YouTube sessions you're watching to understand what truly aligns with your career path, rather than continuously learning new things that may not add immediate value. 3️⃣Engage in volunteering, internships, or side projects, even if you are working full-time.These experiences will broaden your perspective on your future and your career, helping you gain insights that formal education alone might not provide. 4️⃣Shift your focus from finding problems to counting your blessings.If you’re making progress, then you’re on the right track. Success doesn’t come immediately after the first attempt—keep moving forward, and remember that the journey is as important as the destination.
