We are looking for a Junior Medical Coder/ Mapper to join our team to assist us in coding the medical procedures and diagnosis (CPT - ICD 10) Responsibilities: - Medical Auditing - Medical Coding for CPT, ICD11, ICD10, HCPCS codes. - Not found project - International CPT - Pricelist updating - Accurately assign and sequence ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services. - Ensure coding accuracy - Review medical records and documents to ensure they are complete and accurate. - Stay updated on current coding guidelines and regulations. Qualification: - Bachelor degree in pharmacy or any medical filed. - 1 to 2 years of experience. - Certified professional coder. - Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft 1. Account for coding and abstracting of patient encounters 2. Make sure that procedures are coded according to international coding regulations. 3. Ensure all medical records are filed and processed correctly. 4. Review and verify documentation for diagnoses, procedures and treatment results. -Work with coding software -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. -Outstanding organizational skills. -Being aware of medical coding rules for procedures and diagnosis in accordance to American coding system. -Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information. -Medical background (Physicians - Pharmacists).
