Ask ECHA about authorisation applications

Are you a Small or Medium Sized Enterprise (SME) and planning to apply for authorisation to use a substance of very high concern? Have you still got questions about the process? Why not ask ECHA?

We will be at your service on 25 February 2015, from 10:00 and 12:00 Central European Time, and we will provide support in your own language (where there is more than one official language for your country, we will offer at least one of them).

Book a personal time for a phone discussion online and tell us your question in advance. We will then call you at the agreed time.

How to book a slot for your phone conversation:

  1. Bookings can be made from 2 to 18 February 2015 in http://echa.ajas.fi
  2. Create a user account: Click on "Create log-in credentials".
  3. Select your language from the drop-down list under "Topic area". All available timeslots for your language will be displayed.
  4. Choose a time, click on the name of the expert and a request form will open up. Your user information will be pre-filled. Enter your question under "Comments/Questions", accept the legal notice (tick box) and click "Book time". You will receive an automatic email notification that your request was submitted and is pending confirmation by ECHA.
  5. You will then get a confirmation by email.

For technical reasons, the booking tool is in English only. However, for your convenience, please find below the text of the legal disclaimer in your national language:
