🎉 What a journey! We’ve just wrapped up our 4th Tonsser Tryout event of the season in the Netherlands, where we saw incredible talent (150 players to be precise) and passion on display. 🇳🇱⚽️ A huge thank you to all the players, coaches, and our partners (adidas, ESPN and 11teamsports Group) who made this series so special. Now, all eyes are on February 9th as we gear up for our first-ever Final 4 event, where the best U16-U18 players of the country (from Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Enschede) will compete in front of scouts to take their game to the next level. Massive shoutout to our Dutch rockstars Piet Dijkstra, Alessandra Roucos, Joe van der Sar for making this happen.

On November 30th, Tonsser United landed in Leeds, partnering with the amazing team at Top Baller and with the support of adidas. This event was a major milestone, and we’re beyond excited to keep the momentum going as we continue to unlock opportunities for more player. This season, we introduced a new AI-powered coach feature in the Tonsser app to help our community to better prepare for their upcoming matches by analysing their opponents, generate predictions and offer actionable insights . The reception has been incredible so far - users not only report that these insights influence their approach to training and matches - more than 50% share their insights with teammates, turning preparation into a collaborative process ahead of their games.

Today, Tonsser United is live in Manchester for the very first time! We can’t wait to see the amazing talent that will emerge from this incredible football city.

That is why we love this story and new episode of Dream Chaser: 1 year ago, Tonsser app user IIphonse Djeewing applied and was selected for a Tonsser United trial match against VAFC - Valenciennes Football Club. IIphonse impressed in such a way that he was invited back and ultimately signed with the club. Since then he has been a standout performer for the team. Beside being happy for IIphonse, we are also excited to see continued impact of the strong and innovative collaboration we have with Sport Republic and their clubs and staff. Oi! We just welcomed Dream Chaser number 175.000 on the Tonsser app in the UK 🇬🇧 We can't wait for the Tonsser United Final4 in London in February 2025 and to see the teams and players from Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and London in action and show the public and the scouts, just how much unsigned promise there is around us. 7 years ago, we helped a young kid get back into football. This week he played head-to-head with Messi and was outstanding. - Released from academy - Gave up the dream, returned to childhood club to play with friends - Kept using the Tonsser app - Selected for a Tonsser showcase in Denmark - Invited to trials in Malmö, Marseille, before signing youth contract with FC København - Signs first pro contract with original academy, HB Køge - Signs for Silkeborg IF and becomes matchwinner in Danish Cup Final - Debut for Peru national team - Celebrated in Peru for (almost) shutting down Messi It can be challenging at times to have a delay of years on the impact of your work. But it's a great motivator to keep building infrastructure that provide opportunities at scale for young people, and keep challenging opinions saying that the current system will automatically catch all high potential players with facts and stories like Oliver's.

The story of Issiaga Camara is becoming a beauty 💚 Born in Guinea and challenged by family adversity he arrived in France aged 11. Here he started playing in amateur french club, Amilly, and during 2018 started using Tonsser to build his player profile - recording 46 matches, 90 G/A and receiving 459 player of the match votes. As a result, Issiaga was invited for tryouts, and eventually selected for Tonsser United where he captained the team in the 2019 Vinci Cup against clubs like Juventus FC, PSG, FC Porto and Lille. The team did incredible and either won or drew against a string of French academy teams, including a 1-1 draw against PSG. After the tournament, 10 players were picked up by French academies. Issiaga, arguably the stand-out player, was however unable to join interested clubs due to passport issues after the tournament and in the following years until they were resolved. This summer Issiaga Camara signed his first pro contract for OGC Nice and last night he started in the Europa League game at home against FC Twente wearing number 36. Still only 19 years old, Issiaga deserves it more than anyone. Fighting adversity on so many levels, but always keeping his humble and relentless spirit. Extremely happy for Issiaga and that Tonsser have played a helping role in Issiaga unlocking his potential. Still a lot of potential to unlock though. Equally thankful to adidas for powering Tonsser United from the beginning to create real-life impact on young footballer's lives, and all you current and former Tonsser people who have supported and helped Issiaga during his Tonsser United time and afterwards, through up's and down's, and closer to his dream.

Today we are excited to announce 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 💥 The ultimate mini tournament and opportunity for unsigned youth players, starting in France, England and The Netherlands 🏆 After 6 years of bridging the gap between grassroots and academy football by hosting tryouts, showcases, matches against academy teams and trials with pro teams, we are ready to take the next step with the Tonsser United concept and provide more excitement and opportunities to aspirational youth players. In early 2025, the Tonsser United Final Four will be our inaugural version with our exciting new youth mini-tournament for undiscovered and unsigned youth players, playing for their city to win the crown and doing so in front of clubs and scouts. Throughout this fall, users of the Tonsser app have been able to apply and be selected for tryouts in Marseille, Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Enschede to fight and convince the coaches to win the selection to represent their city team at the Final Four. A national tournament of city rivalries, hidden gems and great showcase opportunities for the players. We have seen the huge impact a program like Tonsser United can have on young aspirational players - providing motivation, memorable experiences, friendship, a change of mindset and leap into academy and professional football - but think we are still only scratching surface of how far we can take it, given the challenges that young players face today. Excited to share more, also on our great partners and clubs, as we work forward and prepare for the Final Four events in England, France and The Netherland in the beginning of 2025.
