One year of Kost Capital! As 2025 approaches, I find myself reflecting on an incredible first year for Kost Capital. In just 12 months, we’ve invested in Orbisk | Zero Food Waste, Foreverland Food, sallea, nutrumami, Nūmi and launched our first spin-out REST. Really impressed by our founder collective in Olaf, Richard, Bart, Massimo, Riccardo, Massimo, Giuseppe, Nicole, Simona, Anna, Frederik, Eugénie, Eden, David and Bob. We’re committed to Better food for more people. This year, we’ve laid the foundation, and next year will be all about scaling our platform. Yesterday, we, DI Bio and DI Startup brought together food startups, investors, and industry experts to discuss these hurdles and spark some inspiration in how others scale their food startups.
