Monday, Demant announced its Q3 Interim Management Statement. The Group reported 4% revenue growth and especially the Hearing Care business area delivered a strong performance.

On Wednesday, Demant announced its H1 results. The first half year resulted in a revenue of DKK 11 billion, and in Demant reaching its 2025 target of 30% women in top-level management.

For Steen Poulsen, a pensioner, acting on his hearing loss has broadened his horizon. He can now enjoy that he has time for his hobbies, like flying a plane. He can enjoy sounds from his grandchildren, which he wouldn’t have been able to enjoy in the same way, if he hadn’t acted on his hearing loss. “My hearing aids broaden my possibilities to engage in life with leisure activities, get-togethers, travels, time with family and not least grandchildren,” he says. For Clare, her hearing loss isn’t limiting how she wants to live life. After being fitted with hearing aids, she continued to move forward to become a firefighter. She no longer needed to rest during the day to regain energy, and she can now help save lives. “These hearing aids can help me distinguish the sound of a baby crying from the crackles that wood makes when it burns – that ability could help me save a life!” At Demant, we are proud to be able to help Clare follow her call, and to help her live an engaged life. #lifechanginghearinghealth
