Low-fidelity design reveals strategic gaps and drives better decisions. We enjoy Pavel Samsonov’s argument that low-fidelity design is great for strategy and problem framing, even with the current focus on high-fidelity visuals. He explains that low-fidelity designs, like storyboards and sketches, help clarify ideas early by exposing gaps and questions. These simple designs improve team communication and create alignment with stakeholders.
