Among the highlights was the NFT Hunt supported by the NFT Management by SAP team, which spearheaded an exhilarating NFT Hunt that kept visitors engaged throughout the entire journey at the booth. The NFT Hunt offered participants the chance to track down 9 unique NFTs, each unlocking rewards along the way. The more NFTs collected, the greater the likelihood of winning the raffle with its enticing prizes. This gamified approach not only drew attention but also fostered meaningful interaction with the SAP booth. Integral to the success of the NFT Hunt was the seamless integration of Emarsys, which facilitated the distribution of all NFT-related emails. Conclusion: #ESG is here to stay, even if we can see a slight movement backwards after the European elections. It remains an important part of the company policies of most of our customers. But there is also another coin of the medal. Could companies misuse the information? First of all, as I see the value of #AI, I see the advantages for each employee and for myself. Like scrolling through Netflix, I do get recommendations of the best next learning to grow my skills and career. With all the badges I can earn, it is a little bit like a treasure hunt. But we cannot and should not just rely on the numbers. And average IBMer completed in 2023 👉 87 hours of learning 💪 ! What about those who are below the line? Are they lazy or have already resigned internally? Sometimes, there are other reasons which are not measurable for managers and these can only be revealed in a personal conversation, such as taking care of sick children or parents of if the employee is suffering from an #invisible challenge. This brings me also to a trustful and #ethical way to implement each AI solution as we do with our AI Ethics board to avoid misuse of AI. How do you keep your self up to date at work?
