But there is also another coin of the medal. Could companies misuse the information? First of all, as I see the value of #AI, I see the advantages for each employee and for myself. Like scrolling through Netflix, I do get recommendations of the best next learning to grow my skills and career. With all the badges I can earn, it is a little bit like a treasure hunt. But we cannot and should not just rely on the numbers. And average IBMer completed in 2023 👉 87 hours of learning 💪 ! What about those who are below the line? Are they lazy or have already resigned internally? Sometimes, there are other reasons which are not measurable for managers and these can only be revealed in a personal conversation, such as taking care of sick children or parents of if the employee is suffering from an #invisible challenge. This brings me also to a trustful and #ethical way to implement each AI solution as we do with our AI Ethics board to avoid misuse of AI. How do you keep your self up to date at work? Michael asked me to share my opinion about run.events and I did. And to be honest, I wanted to share it .. and not only to express my huge respect towards the team but also to show my honest excitement with this platform. I had the chance to dig behind the scenes at ECS2024 in Wiesbaden and I really saw it live from both sides - as an attendee and as an organizer. Considering my 20+ years of speaking experience at conferences around the world, I also gathered a few .. err, opinions on conferences and event management software. And in particular, speaker portals for submission and session management. Don't get me started .. This time, it was very different. I was expecting something good but I saw something very exciting. Personally, I waited 2 min to get a badge and enter the venue. Later I saw the news, that the average time was just about 4 minutes for all 3.000 attendees. Imagine that. If you ever visited a large conference somewhere .. the one thing you will for sure remember are queues. So annoying and frustrating. You forget to enjoy the conference by waiting an hour to enter the venue. There are many examples but this post is not about praising the guys but about stating the obvious: When you combine deep technological expertise with long professional event organizing experience and a strong sense of community, well .. anything can happen. The run.events team built a SaaS platform that has imho already revolutionized the industry. Their in-depth knowledge of latest technologies (Microsoft RD/MPV bonus applied, but nevertheless ..) enabled them to develop innovative solutions tailored to the complex needs of event organizers. Meanwhile, their firsthand experience in organizing events ensured that the platform was user-friendly and addressed real-world challenges. They got enough "feedback" about this topic in the past 10 years. Enough is enough! :-) Driven by a big community heart aka #communityrocks, they cultivated a customer-centric approach, and continuously improving the platform based on feedback. As a result, run.events platform has IMHO become the market leader in technology, setting new standards in event management.

Egon Zehnder and dentsu welcomed CMOs, Marketing leaders and CEOs/MDs for an event in Hamburg as many of us started into a week dedicated to the OMR festival. Marketing is a mix of science and art. 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 - 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝗔𝗜. 𝗔𝗿𝘁 - 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆. Every day we hear: Technology is impacting everything. Also in marketing and media.
