A lot of companies are stuck in POC mode and cannot show the #ROI on their #GenAI investments. Deloitte created a practical guide with 13 key elements for sustainable #growth and #value. Personally, the modern #DataFoundation was the most interesting chapter, without that, the entire #AI conversation is a non-starter.
