What does it take to make a difference? We spent a day finding out… On October 11th, we had the incredible opportunity, together with Saidia Consulting e.V. WHU and WHUSH - WHU Students Help to visit three amazing NGOs and learn more about their powerful missions to make the world a better place. Here's a little about the organizations we got to know: Off Road Kids Stiftung 🚸 – They are dedicated to supporting homeless youth across Germany. Their tireless work ensures that young people living on the streets are given the chance to rebuild their lives and find a path toward a brighter future. It was truly heartwarming to hear about the impact they’re making! Cap Anamur / Deutsche Not-Ärzte e.V. 🚢 – This NGO has been offering emergency relief and development aid in crisis regions worldwide. Whether it’s building schools, hospitals, or providing medical assistance, they are there when it matters most. Their commitment to long-term change in the world's most challenging areas was inspiring. Haus des Stiftens 🏢 – They focus on strengthening and supporting foundations and nonprofits through resources, networks, and digital tools. Their work ensures that countless other NGOs can thrive and amplify their positive impact across various causes. The ripple effect they create is truly remarkable. Every story, every initiative reminded us of the power of community and giving back. It was a humbling experience to meet the passionate people behind these NGOs and witness their dedication firsthand. 🌱💚 These visits were a reminder that real change happens when we come together—whether it’s supporting youth, providing global aid, or strengthening nonprofits. Let’s continue to stay informed, support where we can, and celebrate those who dedicate their lives to helping others. 💚💚🚀 Special thanks go out to Dr. Peter Kreutter, CFA for the Support of this Event!
