I was named one of the "Top 40 under 40" by Capital Magazin. Those who know me better know that awards are not particularly important to me. But I am very happy about this one for several reasons: Firstly, it is great to see that even as a founding partner of a relatively small law firm you can make it into a ranking that, according to Capital Magazin, honors 40 outstanding talents under 40 in politics, business, management and society. This is a great signal that innovation, courage and ownership pay off - regardless in which professional environment. Even more importantly, this is above all an award for the people who work most closely with me. I am incredibly proud that we are such a fantastic team at RSR Rüping Schroeder Rechtsanwälte where the spotlight is not on a few individuals but on everyone. The fact that RSR is at this point today is only possible because in Matthias Rüping I have a founding partner on whom I can always rely 100%, who thinks innovatively and shares the same values - solutions we find together are always better than the ones decided alone. New Month - New Joiner! 🚀   We are pleased to introduce Dr. Max Weber as the newest member of our team!   After gaining extensive experience at a VC and tax-focused law firm, Max joins us with a strong background in venture capital and corporate law. He'll also play a key role in expanding our tax practice, leveraging his diverse expertise to provide comprehensive legal support to our clients. His deep understanding of VC and corporate transactions, combined with his expertise in tax law, brings a unique skill set that will not only benefit our clients, but also make him a key addition as we continue to grow.   When he's not advising clients, Max is passionate about staying active, with a particular love for CrossFit. Nicht nur die großartige Location, der alte Kaiserbahnhof in Potsdam, den wir dank Martin Seiler nutzen durften, wird allen noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Auch die beeindruckende Key Note von Sascha Lobo zum Thema "Wie KI die Welt verändert", die offene Fragerunde mit unserem Bundeskanzler Olaf Scholz, der sich als Schirmherr der Initiative Chefinnensache eine Stunde lang Zeit für uns genommen hat, und die wahnsinnig spannenden Panels haben einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Great news 🚀! We are excited that Antonia Volhard has joined RSR Rüping Schroeder Rechtsanwälte!   With a solid background in venture capital law and valuable M&A experience, Antonia will focus on advising on venture capital transactions, particularly in the technology sector.
