🚀 Our two-day #MIFE Early Career Workshop starts now! Wir blicken zurück auf ein spannendes und aufschlussreiches Festival für #Finanzbildung im Radialsystem in Berlin. Herzlichen Dank an den Bundesfinanzminister Christian Lindner (Bundesministerium der Finanzen) und die Bundesbildungsministerin Bettina Stark-Watzinger (Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung) für die Einladung zur Teilnahme an dem Festival zu diesem wichtigen Thema. Die beiden Direktorinnen des Mannheim Institute for Financial Education (MIFE) waren ebenfalls mit zwei Expertenbeiträgen vertreten. Tabea Bucher-Koenen (ZEW – Leibniz-Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung und Universität Mannheim) nahm an einer Paneldiskussion zum Thema „Wie Stereotype und Diskriminierung die finanzielle Unabhängigkeit gefährden – was die finanzielle Bildung beachten muss“ teil. #Festival für #Finanzbildung am 15. Oktober 2024 in Berlin! 💰🎉 Das Bundesministerium der Finanzen und das Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung laden für den 15. Oktober 2024 zum Festival für Finanzbildung in das Radialsystem nach Berlin ein. Das Festival findet unter dem Motto „Mit Geld und Verstand“ statt und richtet sich insbesondere an Personen, die an der Bildung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen beteiligt sind. 🚀 Kick-off für das #MetaFin-Projekt! Diese Woche fand das erste Treffen des MetaFin-Projekts statt! 🤓 MetaFin ist das erste Projekt der Förderrichtlinie im Rahmen der #InitiativeFinanzielleBildung, die vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung und Bundesministerium der Finanzen ins Leben gerufen wurde. MetaFin zielt darauf ab, die weiteren Projekte dieser Förderrichtline zu vernetzen, an übergreifenden Forschungsfragen zu arbeiten sowie nationale und internationale Forschungsergebnisse zu finanzieller Bildung zu bündeln und adressatengerecht aufzubereiten (#Forschung, #Politik und #Praxis) 🎯.  Dies wird eine tragfähige Entscheidungsgrundlage für die finanzielle Bildung in Deutschland schaffen. 🚀 Kick-off of the #MetaFin Project! This week was the first meeting of the new MetaFin project! 🤓 MetaFin is the first project of a funding guideline that is part of the #FinancialEducationInitiative, which was launched by Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung und Bundesministerium der Finanzen. MetaFin aims at connecting the other projects of this funding guideline, working on overarching research questions, bringing together national and international research results on financial education and prepare them in a way appropriate for the specific target groups (#research, #policy, and #practice). 🎯 This will serve as a viable basis for #Decision-Making regarding financial education in Germany.
