We are thrilled to announce that we secured 2nd place in the Open Innovation Challenge with VARTA Automotive and Clarios, organized by The Drivery! 🥈 ✨ Facing 8 innovative startups with existing solutions, we demonstrated how our design-driven approach not only addresses critical problems but also navigates the complexities of integration and business modeling for future products. 🚀 Our mission was to enhance the customer journey around low-voltage network solutions. We didn't just focus on improving experiences; we aimed to develop a product that VARTA can deploy to expand their services, ensuring they remain leaders in the industry. 🔋💡 Our solutions: A multi-modal, AI-powered assistant that empowers mechanics to service modern vehicles faster, automate repetitive tasks, and improve customer relationships, all while increasing brand loyalty for VARTA. Here's how we achieved this: Discovery: we began by understanding the problem from the end user's perspective, conducting deep research into challenges and existing solutions. 🔍 Define: we crafted a concept that not only solves the problem but also creates significant business impact for VARTA. 📈 Design: we designed a prototype, refining it through a Sprint format and quick iterations and re-validations during the Bootcamp. 🔧 Pitching: Our final 'startup' pitch integrated not just the prototype but also a comprehensive journey for further development and seamless integration into VARTA’s system. 📊 This was an incredible experience, and we are excited to continue exploring further development! 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 🏫 A few months ago, Hochschule Kaiserslautern / Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences entrusted us with the development of their #employerbranding and an accompanying campaign, specifically to elaborate and create an attractive brand profile to reach professors as well as employees and, overall, attract new talent. As a creative and strategic partner, we helped to systematically tackle the important, and often overlooked topic of employer branding across all three campuses in Kaiserslautern, Pirmasens and Zweibrücken. We provided the University with holistic tools to successfully launch their employer branding #campaign. The new concept is strong and fresh and is based on a lively claim: "Everything. Here." (translated from German language "Alles. Hier."). The design is bold and confident and the colours of the current #corporatedesign have been used as a reference for the bright, cool blue-yellow spectrum used in the campaign. Congratulations to Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences on their employer brand and the launch of their campaign!
