Interdisziplinäre Forschung zu organisationalem Wandel, Verhalten und Personal in Nonprofit-Organisationen
Info

#NewPublication The article "Investigating Turnover Intentions During Organizational Change: The Role of Negative Appraisals, Psychological Contract Violation, and Resistance to Change" by Marlene Walk, Mandi Janis Stewart and Kerry Kuenzi centers on the nonprofit workers’ experience of change during the COVID-19 pandemic. Especially, it investigates how negative appraisals in the midst of the pandemic are related to intentions to leave the organization about a year after the start of the pandemic. ➡ The article is now published in the current issue of Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly: https://lnkd.in/e4_kWeBT

Our colleague Julia Kolbinger attended the conference „Diversity und Diskriminierungsschutz weiterdenken“ by Institut für Diversitätsforschung at The University of Göttingen earlier this week. Thanks a lot to the organizers and participants for the inspiring discussions on a broad range of #diversity topics from various social science perspectives. Especially the PhD workshop was a great opportunity to network, to learn from, and support each other.
