Their knowledge and advice left us feeling more motivated than ever to grow our careers in the field! Seeing everyone connect and support each other was so inspiring. I was invited along with two other amazing Women in AI to speak at the latest Radia - the inclusive tech network x Kittl event 💛 Thanks everyone who attended - Met so many incredible people! (and ate hell lot of pizza 🍕) __________________________________ 👉 My talk was about (what else? 😅 ) RAG!! Specifically our learnings on how to build cost effective and high performing RAG apps. 👉 Next, Hanna Behnke a Machine Learning Project Lead from Merantix Momentum showed us various strategies in preventing AI projects from failing from her experience managing 100+ AI projects. 👉 Last, but not least Danai Triantafyllidou Senior AI Research Scientist from Kittl showed us how they train their ML models to create these amazing design graphics you see at Kittl. __________________________________ Special thanks to Leonie Malzacher, Ph.D. from Radia - the inclusive tech network for inviting me, and the team at Kittl -> Lisa H. and Rap Paulavicius for making this event happen!!

Another successful event in collaboration with AICamp Women+ in Data and AI and INNOQ 💛 Thank you everyone who attended, and thank you to Dr. Larysa Visengeriyeva and Stefanie Heinrich for organizing! --- ▶ Oksana Rasskazova expert in computer vision from Gestalt Robotics discussed the challenges of integrating AI solutions in the manufacturing industry, confirmed the "80% of AI prototypes fail to reach production" statistic and proposed solutions to overcome the issue. ▶ My talk was about #RAG; I shared insights into the challenges encountered while implementing RAG systems, alongside strategies for solving them and sneak pick on the projects we are working on ;) --- ✅ if you are in Berlin, you don't want to miss the Women+ in Data and AI festival on the 27th of September!! it's a festival to celebrate female and gender minority tech communities in data science, machine learning, and MLOps.
