Welcome aboard, Silvio and Hanna! 🌟 We are delighted to welcome two new talents in our InnoNature team who bring wonderful unique skills that will enrich us. 🚀 As our new Amazon Manager, Silvio has the exciting task of establishing InnoNature as a brand on the Amazon marketplace. With his expertise in product listing, sales forecasting and sales strategy, he will ensure that our products from the nutritional supplements, superfood and natural cosmetics sectors are successfully represented. Also with planning and implementing advertising measures, creating sales reports and much more on his daily to-do List. Silvio particularly appreciates the varied field of work and the great working environment with great colleagues at InnoNature - not to mention the popular InnoKitchen! 🎨 Hanna, our creative graphic designer, supports the visual communication team as working student. She plays a key role in optimising work processes by creating master files for mockups, working with brand new product packagings. Hanna loves the teamwork at InnoNature, the open ear of her colleagues and the constant learning opportunities - plus, how could it be otherwise, our InnoKitchen! New approaches to feedback: The introduction of Leapsome at InnoNature ✨ Our fantastic Katrin Gürich has made it her mission and matter of heart to revolutionise the feedback process at InnoNature!🌟 Thanks to the integration of Leapsome we are now focussing even more on regular, transparent meetings. That doesn't only provide space for mutual feedback, but also actively promotes the development of each person. ✅ Regularity & transparency: Each quarter, we offer our Inno Team the opportunity to give and receive feedback in an open setting. We want to ensure that each person is seen and heard - without micromanagement, but rather with constant support. ✅ Development at eye level: For us, feedback is not a one-way street. Managers and employees meet as equals and share expectations, successes and areas for development. Clear communication is so valuable and important. We record the development stages and effects transparently so that everyone can understand them over a longer period of time. ✅ Appreciation through our praise tool: We have recently integrated a wonderful praise tool. It allows us to appreciate the great work of our team even more, whether in a small circle or for everyone to see. We feel like this promotes a culture of recognition – which has a direct impact on the satisfaction and motivation and can be included as a reference in quarterly meetings. 🎯 Our goal? She is a skilled alternative practitioner with her own practice and believes that everyone should take good care of their mental and physical health to stay productive and happy. This philosophy aligns perfectly with what many of our team members appreciate about her visits. 🙏 You can book one session per month with Gabi, and InnoNature covers the cost. For many, these sessions have become an important part of their self-care routine.🥰 As Marietta Broocks from quality management team shares, 💬 "For me, the massage is a relaxing break and a valuable 'me-time' moment that I am incredibly grateful for." From Office to Outdoors: Embracing Workation✨ At InnoNature, we believe in the power of a balanced work-life dynamic. Our people & culture manager Sara Flottmann used the opportunity to experience a workation in Italy, visiting part of her family. She spent a week at Lago Maggiore, where she worked remotely, explored the area, enjoyed the sun and the wonderful food prepared by Nonna (the Italian grandma).🇮🇹 Sara's experience highlights the value of workations. She was grateful to spend more quality time with her family without using up her vacation days. She also noticed that the change in routine and the pleasant weather gave her a boost of motivation to start her work day.☀️ At InnoNature, we recognize the importance of offering such opportunities to our team. Workations help create a sustainable work-life balance, increase motivation and productivity, foster new ideas, and enhance mental well-being.🥰 Don’t get us wrong! InnoFamily summer party 🌿💚 ☀ What a wonderful day in the middle of nowhere! This year, Sara Flottmann and Anne Müller from our People & Culture team have come up with something very special for our summer party - an InnoFamily summer party. 👉 Because there are many more people in the InnoFamily than those who come to the office day by day. Namely, 💬 the people we tell about our work, the people who take part in our lives every day. That's why our summer party last Saturday was all about ✨Lieblingsmenschen✨ or, for some of us, “Lieblingshund". 🐶 Whether child, partner, mom or dog, everyone was allowed to bring their plus one. 📌 We all set off together in a bus from our Hamburg office to spend a fun-family-day at Gut Schöneworth right on the Elbe in the middle of nature. For us in the team, the whole day was a pure highlight, we laughed a lot, ate delicious vegan food and played together - from Jenga to Viking chess to Twister, there was something for everyone. Here are a few more highlights: ✨ Speed dating to get to know everyone's favorite people better. ✨ A pearl station where we could design our own lovely bracelets, rings and necklaces. ✨ A cake buffet that was second to none. Thanks to everyone from the InnoTeam who agreed to bake a vegan delicacy. ✨ A photo box to capture all the wonderful moments. Of course, we could go on and on, but we have to find an end to this text somewhere... and what better way to end than with a huge thank you to Anne and Sara for the loving, thoughtful and detailed planning and execution of our InnoFamily summer party! I'm really looking forward to working for a company that stands for sustainability and holistic health. An absolute highlight for me is the InnoKitchen, which provides us with delicious and healthy dishes several times a week." 👩💻 Intern Lea Pein has recently been supporting us in influencer marketing: "As an intern in influencer marketing, my main task relates to a pilot project for practices and consultants. The opportunity to work on my own project gives me the chance to learn in many different ways." We are happy that Lea will stay with us as a working student after her internship. 🙏 💫 Darius Vaheb accompanies us since January and supports us with his creative mind in visual communication: "I am a communication designer and create packaging designs and various communication and advertising materials for the online store and other media channels, among other things."
