Have you ever planned a party for approximately 80 people with only 500 Euros in your budget? No? Well then, keep reading! 🎄We just celebrated our last party of 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience! 🎄 What made it even more special? It was entirely planned by our employees! 🥹 With a monthly party budget of 500 Euros, employees at Freeletics have the opportunity to organize company-wide parties on their own. The only requirement is that everyone working at Freeletics is welcome. Over the past year, nearly every month, teams have come together to showcase their creativity, teamwork, and, of course, team spirit - organizing events that have brought everyone even closer. The December event was no exception. From homemade decorations to a delicious potluck spread and a playlist filled with everyone’s holiday favorites, it was proof that you don’t need a big budget to create a warm and joyful atmosphere. 🎄 🎉 Here’s to ending the year on such a high note. Let’s carry this energy into 2025! 🎉 #Teamwork #Party #Freeletics

🎯 Meet Eleanor (Ellie), VP Consumer Marketing at Freeletics! 🎯 As the powerhouse behind Freeletics’ bold and innovative marketing strategies, Ellie leads her team to connect deeply with our global community. Here's a glimpse of her approach: 👥 Who Are Freeletics Users? Our users range from fitness enthusiasts looking to optimize their performance to people who need that extra push to kickstart their fitness journey. Whether you're 25 or 70+, Freeletics is designed to help anyone build and sustain a real fitness habit - for life. 💪 Freeletics: More Than Just Fitness For Ellie, Freeletics is not just about workouts — it’s a lifestyle. It’s about consistency, commitment, and adapting workouts to fit your life, not vice versa. The Freeletics mindset is about being determined to never miss a session, all while enjoying the journey. 🧠 Understanding and Targeting New Segments Ellie emphasizes the importance of evolving with our audience, especially when it comes to new audiences like Gen Z. Through user research, market insights, and constant testing, her team ensures Freeletics remains relevant while continuing to grow. 📲 Customer Feedback: Apple Watch Comeback Listening to customers is crucial for the marketing team. One prime example? The return of the Apple Watch integration. After discontinuing it, a flood of “passionate” user feedback led to a swift product roadmap change, bringing the feature back to the delight of many users. 🎯 A Bold, Creative Approach Ellie led the charge on the award-winning 2024 "Not Just a Fling" New Year campaign, drawing parallels between fitness and dating. By playing with provocative, eye-catching visuals and messaging, the campaign was a massive success—boosting reach, engagement, and conversion. 💡 Marketing with Passion Freeletics marketing is all about human connection. Ellie’s team brings their passion to work every day, encouraged to be creative, take risks, and push boundaries — because strong brand building has a tangible impact on people and the bottom line. Do you know the answer to this picture puzzle? 🇵🇹 + ☀️ + 🌡️20 + 🌊 + 🌐 = ? That’s right, the correct answer is the annual Lisbon Web Summit! Part of our team attended the Web Summit, where they not only gained insights into how AI is transforming businesses and helping companies to educate their employees and grow their talent in house, but also participated in panels, explored groundbreaking new products that are shaping our future, and most importantly, reconnected and brainstormed with one another on everything they’ve learned so far. One of the most memorable moments? Meeting our Freeletics Alumni, who were proudly representing their own product throughout the week! It was incredible to see them again 🥹 Have you been there? Share what you found most interesting!

Although it’s already been a week since our Freeletics #offsite, we would be ready to do it all over again! Whether indoors or out in the woods, early morning or late at night, we - the people of Freeletics - were all in! We brainstormed new ideas💡𝒕𝒐𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 Some of us even braved an (n)ice bath🥶𝒕𝒐𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 We competed and cheered each other on📣𝒕𝒐𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 We showed our best moves on the dance floor🕺𝒕𝒐𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 We threw an afterparty and managed to get up the next morning 🪅 𝒕𝒐𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 You’re noticing the common theme here, right? 👀 All of us, in one place, sharing time and experiences, doing what we do best - showing up for each other - is what makes the people at Freeletics unique, strong, and resilient to whatever comes our way! This gathering wasn’t just an event; it was a reminder of how much we can achieve when we support each other and show up for each other, no matter what’s in store for us. Considering we spend about one-third of our lives working, or roughly 90,000 hours on average, this is crucial. A study by UKG found that managers influence our mental health more than doctors or therapists. That’s why it’s even more important to address mental well-being in the workplace and actively support employees 🧭 For the past couple of years, we’ve been partnering with nilo.health, making mental well-being a top priority at Freeletics. It’s one of the most widely used benefits we've introduced, and we’re incredibly grateful to offer our employees the opportunity to prioritize their mental health. How do you prioritize your mental health in your workplace? Let us know in the comments! 👇
