Insights from our latest team member, Stefania Grammatikopoulou🤝💼 Martina Aigner from the People Circle recently sat down with Stefania to interview her about her journey to @Fintiba GmbH and her aspirations moving forward. Germany has become a target destination for a large segment of young people wishing to study at university, vocational training or look for work. This is what I witnessed during many sessions and conversations, whether with young people or parents, during my visit to Tunisia and Morocco. This is the result of the message sent by the German visions in order to attract skilled manpower, to fill the gap in the labor market in many sectors. I was very pleased with the amount of information that young people are aware of, both about Germany and about travel procedures to it. Being a representative of Fintiba GmbH had a great positive impact, as I spent hours explaining and answering questions about the Blocked Bank Account and health insurance that Fintiba offers to its customers, and how important they are in the procedures for obtaining a visa to travel to Germany. I am even more excited after many meetings with our partners and their fascination with the large increase in the number of students wishing to travel to Germany. I would like to thank a2 International Education Fairs , the organizer of the International Exhibition of International Education in Tunisia and Morocco. With a promise to return and repeat the visit and help everyone achieve their goals of traveling, studying and working in Germany. أصبحت ألمانيا من الوجهات المستهدفة لقطاع كبير من الشباب الراغبين في الدراسة الجامعية أو التدريب المهني او البحث عن عمل. و هذا ما شهدته خلال جلسات و محادثات كثيرة سواء مع شباب أو أولياء الأمور خلال زيارتي لدولتي تونس و المغرب. و ذلك نتيجة الرسالة التي تبثها السلطات الألمانية بغرض جذب الايدي العاملة الماهرة، لسد الفجوة في سوق العمل في قطاعات كثيرة. و أسعدني كثيرا حجم المعلومات التي يعيها الشباب سواء عن ألمانيا أو عن إجراءات السفر إليها. و كان وجودي ممثلا عن شركة Fintiba له أثرا ايجابيا كبيرا، حيث أنني امضيت ساعات في شرح و الرد على الأسئلة الخاصه بالحساب البنكي المغلق و التأمين الصحي التي تقدمها Fintiba لعملاؤها، و مدى أهميتهم في إجراءات الحصول على تأشيرة للسفر الى ألمانيا. و أزداد تحمسي أكثر بعد العديد من اللقاءات و الاجتماعات مع شركؤنا و انبهارهم من الزياده الكبيرة في أعداد الطلبه و الراغبين في السفر الي ألمانيا. اتوجه بالشكر الى شركة a2، المنظمة للمعرض الدولي للتعليم الدولي في تونس و المغرب. مع وعد بالعودة و تكرار الزيارة و مساعدة الجميع في تحقيق أهدافهم بالسفر و الدراسة و العمل في ألمانيا. #Fintiba #Germany #Blocked_Account #MENA #ARABIC #ألمانيا
