On October 29, 2024, Haier Smart Home announced robust Q3 2024 results, reflecting our continued momentum and strategic focus. In the first three quarters, we achieved revenues of RMB 202.97 billion, marking a 2.2% year-on-year growth, while net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 15.15 billion, representing a remarkable 15.3% increase. This strong growth demonstrates our commitment to sustainable expansion even on a high base.   Beyond profit growth, Haier Smart Home has consistently improved its profitability. Over the past three years, our net profit margin has risen from 6.31% to 6.62%, and now to 7.47% in 2024, showing an approximate 0.8 percentage point increase year-on-year.   We’re proud of these achievements as we continue to lead in retail transformation, global premiumization, and digital efficiency optimization. On the morning of August 14th, local time, the groundbreaking ceremony for Haier Chonburi Air Conditioning Industrial Park took place at the WHA East Coast Industrial Zone in Chonburi, Thailand. Once completed, this facility will be the largest air conditioning production base for Chinese brands in Thailand and Southeast Asia, as well as Haier's largest overseas manufacturing base in the air conditioning sector. Haier Chonburi Air Conditioning Industrial Park, located in Thailand, is set to showcase its commitment to digital intelligence, green technology, and energy efficiency. Covering approximately 324,000 square meters, the park is planned to achieve an annual production capacity of 6 million units. The facility will manufacture a diverse range of products, including split air conditioners, home central systems, RV air conditioner, portable air conditioners, and window AC. The first phase of the park is expected to commence operations in September 2025. Future plans include exporting products to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, South Korea, and Japan, enhancing Haier Air Conditioning's global market presence and solidifying its leadership in Thailand and beyond.

Haier Smart Home has again secured its place on the Fortune Global 500 list, climbing 12 spots from last year. This climb is a testament to the company’s strategic vision and successful global market expansion.
