Haier Electric Egypt is for the home appliances industry – Multinational Org. Need to hire: IDA Engineer Location: 10th of Ramadan. Duties and Responsibilities: •Continuously obtaining and researching IDA policies, guiding factories to obtain optimal tariffs with the optimal localization rate; •Understand and familiarize oneself with IDA calculation logic, calculate the localization rate of IDA in various factories, and seek solutions for differentiated products; •Responsible for liaising with IDA departments to apply for localization rates and obtain certification; •Responsible for researching the IDA ratio of local competitors, understanding their localization rate level, import customs clearance mode, and tariff level; •Continuously improve the localization rate of IDA for each product and continuously reduce tariffs to achieve optimal factory cost competitiveness； Qualifications Under 45 years old， can speak English， and good at Chinese is preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree and above Experience: •At least 5 years of IDA management experience •Have experience and resources in dealing with IDA government departments, or have a background in IDA government departments; Skills: Conditioning expertise： 1）Procurement system 2）SOPs 3）Purchasing expertise Communication and Negotiation： Communicate with cross divisions to standardize operating procedures and solve issues caused by miscommunication. Ensure compliance with all import regulations and documentation requirements. Manage closely with customs brokers to expedite customs clearance and minimize delays. Track and monitor import shipments in real time. Manage import duties, taxes, and other associated fees. Review the full set of shipping and customs clearance documents and confirm it to suppliers. Ensure proper customs clearance of all import shipments. Review logistics invoices/claims and submit them to accounting on time. Follow-up transportation from port to plant. Review and confirm all importing documents (invoices, packing list, COO, BL….)  Able to create ACID for import shipments. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Accounting Manager to join our team. This position reports to the Head of Finance and is a key position within Haier Egypt. This role leads all aspects of GL, AP, and AR at the site, providing financial leadership, insights, planning, and controlling to the site. Responsibilities: * Ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory  standards. * Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger monthly, as well as preparing  reports. * Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts to ensure transactions are recorded accurately on SAP and account balances are accurately stated following Company policy. * Performing internal and external audits on financial data to ensure its accuracy and  truthfulness. * Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant  financial information. * Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct. * Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting. Manage all the AP functions and review supplier registers, claims, and invoices to be ready for payment.
