The Beta channel has been updated to 32.0.1700.26 (Platform version: 4920.19.0) for all Chrome OS devices with the exception of the HP Chromebook Pavilion, Acer 710 and the HP Chromebook 11. This build contains a number of bug fixes, security updates and feature enhancements. Here is the chromium

device setting
to manage power options on the sign-in screen of enrolled devices. This feature is useful for devices used as kiosks to make sure they do not shut down.

The Stable channel has been updated to 31.0.1650.61 (Platform version: 4731.73.0) for all Chrome OS devices except Acer C7, the HP Chromebook 11 and the HP Pavilion Chromebook. This build contains a number of bug fixes, security updates and feature enhancements.

You can now put the Shelf on the bottom, left, and right side
The launcher icon, app icons and status tray got an overhaul to improve touchability
We moved the launcher icon to the bottom left so it keeps a constant position
Your profile picture preference is now synced if you use a Chrome OS avatar or Google+ profile picture
We redesigned the look and feel of the help experience to make it visually rich and interactive
Enabled initial support for USB-based Braille displays

The Beta channel has been updated to 32.0.1700.12 (Platform version: 4920.8.0) for all Chrome OS devices with the exception of HP Chromebook Pavilion and Acer C7 710. This build contains a number of bug fixes, security updates and feature enhancements.
Systems will be receiving updates over the next several days.
Some highlights of these changes are:
When pressing the overview mode button, users will see an organized view of all their windows.
Alt-tab will now present scaled window previews to allow the user to tab over windows and see all targets at once.
Get Help app have been updated to include a "Discover" section.
The new auto click feature which will generates a click after the mouse pointer moved, is now available via Accessibility settings.
Known Issues:
For the Chromebook Pixel, upon restore from suspension, initial inputs via keyboard may be delayed.
