Work you'll do:
The Senior Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing document capture and data extraction solutions using IBM Datacap, AWS Textract.
Data capture includes digital and handwritten forms in English and other languages.
This individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, lead development efforts to deliver high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, document capture technologies, IBM Datacap customization, AWS Textract.
Excellent technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential for success in this role.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for document capture and data extraction processes.
Design and architect IBM Datacap, AWS Textract solutions to meet business needs, including document classification, data extraction, and workflow automation.
Develop and customize IBM Datacap, AWS Textract applications flows, modules, and components using Datacap Studio, Datacap Navigator, and other tools.
Configure and optimize document recognition and extraction rules using IBM Datacap's intelligent data capture technology.
Integrate IBM Datacap, AWS Texttract with other enterprise systems, such as content management systems, ERP systems, and line-of-business applications.
Develop custom scripts, modules, and plugins to extend the functionality of IBM Datacap and integrate with third-party systems.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and QA testers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Stay current with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends in document capture and data extraction.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience
6+ years of strong hands-on experience within IBM Datacap and AWS Textract solutions.
Experience in designing IBM Datacap and AWS Textract solutions, including document classification, data extraction, and workflow automation.
Must have experience in configuring and optimizing document recognition and extraction rules using IBM Datacap's intelligent data capture technology.
Must have hands on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others in a collaborative environment.
Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
This may include overnight travel.
Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
