Job description:
Preferred candidates will have previous experience with Oracle Fusion ORC Functional Lead and related areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Should have at least 2 Implementation experiences in ORC for Global Companies across Multiple Geographies.
Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
Expertise in Global Templates, Postings, Offers, and Pre-Boarding / Onboarding is required.
Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis, and Requirements documentation.
Prepare functional design and work with the Offshore team in Implementing and testing.
Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing ORC.
Experience in Implementing Any 2 additional modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Learn, and Advanced HCM Controls will be desired.
Must have excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills and problem-resolution skills.
Required Skills:
Consult & Setup Oracle HRMS Modules (Global HR, Self Service, Time Attendance & iRecruitment Application.
Prepare the User Guides.
Provide Support for HR Key Users.
Collect the requirements and Implement any Enhancement Requested by the HR Department.
Nice to Have Skills:
Active Certification in ORC will be desired.
Qualifications:
Oracle Fusion ORC Functional Lead with an experience of 8+ years.
Bachelor's or master?s degree in engineering, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent.
