Summary: The Senior Solutions Analyst - Modernization will be the primary point of contact for each function to collect existing documentation, organize and facilitate sessions to create documentation (process flows/key requirements/pain points/improvement opportunities), capture and publish meeting outcomes/actions, and provide broad program support for respective function.
The solution analyst acts as a liaison between business/technology teams and partners to understand and clearly document current state and recommended target state business processes (manual, semi-automated and fully automated).
This individual must have a strong process and technology background.
The analyst will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the system and accuracy of reports created for end users.
The analyst will coordinate on-going user training and assist in installation of any new software or upgrades to the existing software in the specified area of expertise.
The analyst needs to be a subject matter expert in his or her assigned functional area.
The analyst will supervise work and tasks related to upgrade projects, as appropriate, for the assigned departments and will coordinate with technical staff as needed.

Collaborates with business owners to understand strategic goals, business problems and requirements that translate into use cases and user stories
Works with internal and external stakeholders to document and re-engineer business processes
Leads review and feedback sessions related to process design, solution selection, configuration prototype reviews and test plans
Serves as a key team member on a project team and partners with the technical integration manager during implementation and "roll out" phase in implementation of any new software or upgrades to existing software, as related to area of expertise.
Ensures effective and timely communication between technical team and functional areas.
Recommends business process redesign for most efficient utilization of the ERP system for respective area of expertise.
Develops and documents the approved business processes/procedures as a result of business process re-engineering.
Participates in work estimation processes for high level and detailed work
Coordinates user acceptance testing tasks
Assists with prioritization and resolution of defects
Assists with writing and updating user manual content and the delivery of training programs
Ensures the integrity of the ERP system and accuracy of reports created for end users.
Ensures that the ERP system design supports and contributes to an appropriate internal control structure within the assigned area.
Ensures that the ERP system complies with all State regulatory requirements, on an on-going basis.
Maintains detailed knowledge of system functionality and stays abreast of enhancements or upgrades available.
Coordinates ERP configurations, designs and modifications with technical lead.
Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
Attends ERP user group meetings, as appropriate.
Maintains up to date knowledge of change in products.
Provide full end-user support.

Education and Experience:
Minimum
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field required.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in related field.
Desired
CPA and/or Master's degree
Project Management - PMP preferred
Experience in system implementations preferred
ERP experience and training development desired
Understanding of applicable government rules, regulations and requirements
Project management experience/certifications
Licensing / Certification Requirements: Other related certifications to field of expertise
