Application Developer
LOCATION: Charlotte, North Carolina
JOB SUMMARY: Design, develop, and implement enhancements for the Salesforce.
com application in support of new or existing business initiatives.
Perform daily administrative functions, such as user access requests, user audits, and configuration changes for the Salesforce.
com application in support of the user community.
Install and configure managed package applications that are extensions of application components for Salesforce.
com in support of user base functionality requests.
Triage and diagnose production issues, developing the code fix for the issue, testing, and then preparing the code for deployment to testing and production Salesforce.
com environments.
Participate in design and solution reviews of enhancement and configuration requests for the Salesforce.
com application to provide technical perspective and recommendations.
Write and test code for the Salesforce.
com application that meets the production requirements and design specifications for a solution.
Ensure Salesforce.
com application code is documented and unit- and regression- tested prior to deployment to production environment.
Manage detailed application requirements and collaborate with project/development teams to quality function, features, and user experience for the Salesforce.
com application.
Perform Salesforce application development using Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Visual Force, and Aura Component Framework.
Administer Salesforce to end users to support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce.
com Integrations, and Lightning.
Configure, design, code, and test software using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and SOQL.
Perform SFDC integrations with third party systems using REST and SOAP API.
Performing Development of Lightning flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Track changes to software code using SFDX/GIT.
Utilize Agile development methodologies using Jira Software.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; 2 years of experience performing Salesforce application development using Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, and Visual Force, or Aura Component Framework; administering Salesforce to end users to support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce.
com Integrations, or Lightning; configuring, designing, coding, and testing software using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and SOQL; performing SFDC integrations with third party systems using REST or SOAP API; performing Development of Lightning flows or Lightning Web Components (LWC); 1 year of experience tracking changes to software code using SFDX/GIT; and 1 year of experience utilizing Agile development methodologies using Jira Software.
A hybrid (in office and remote work) arrangement is available.
