Wipro is seeking for Mainframe Developer to join our collaborative team.
Job Description:
Position: Mainframe Developer
Location: Weehawken, NJ
Onsite: Hybrid
Required skills:
Senior Developer - 7+ years of experience
Must have:
Proficient in Mainframe - COBOL application development; CICS application programming; Mainframe Z/OS Connect JCL; Strong exposure to VSAM.
Proficient in EasyTrieve/Eztrieve, File Manager, MQueue and/or zOS Connect tools
Programming experience with the APB (batch), APC (online), APA (batch and online) and RPI (reporting) modules
Experience with the Systematics Database Management System working with major files (DSTs), DAGs and elements.
Hands on experience with Advanced Loan Systems with GN architecture
Good to have:
1) Experience with CA-7 job scheduler and version control tools like Endevor and Change Man.
2) Prior experience in Mainframe modernization
3) Exposure to tools like IDz Topaz.
4) Exposure to Mainframe Devops.
