Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Software Integrations Engineer to join our dynamic team.
As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations, automations between various software systems and applications.
Your expertise in system integration, API development, software engineering and data transformation will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow and efficient communication between different systems.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business system owners, project managers, and business stakeholders, to understand integration requirements and deliver robust solutions.
The ideal candidate is driven by results, possesses a robust technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, exhibit intellectual curiosity, and a strong motivation for continuous learning.
What you'll do: Design, develop, and deploy software integration solutions to enable seamless data flow between multiple software systems and applications using programming ESB tools such as Boomi, Workato, Azure Functions, among others.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into enterprise level technical specifications and designs.
Build and maintain APIs, web services, and middleware components to facilitate data exchange and communication between systems.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of integration solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and other integration-related issues through robust error handling and reporting mechanisms.
Monitor and maintain integrations to ensure their continued functionality and optimal performance.
Collaborate with other engineers to integrate third-party systems, platforms, and APIs into existing infrastructure.
Stay updated with emerging software engineering technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Provide leadership and guidance to the integration team, fostering a collaborative environment and mentoring junior engineers to ensure their professional growth and development.
What you'll need: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field Passion for creating scalable and reliable integration solutions.
Proven experience (5+ years) working as an Integrations Engineer or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of integration technologies, protocols, and standards such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and EDI.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, with experience in API development.
Proficiency in working with integration platforms and tools (e.
g.
, Dell Boomi, Azure Functions, Workato, IBM Integration Bus).
Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data transformation techniques (e.
g.
, ETL).
Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms and services (e.
g.
, AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and integration requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality integration solutions within deadlines.
