Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver agile and cost-effective MDM operational solution like Microsoft Azure Intune using cloud technologies.
Manage MDM infrastructure on O365 GCC High environment.
Contribute to and support the deployment of the BYOD process.
Develop automation technology solutions based on proposed designs and support the project through its life cycle (design, development, test, deployment, support) including writing technical documentation
Develop automation framework, framework components and framework enhancements
Work with executive leadership in the headquarters to provide the best in class solution and reduce escalations and support and enhance 5G infrastructure in the HQ.
Manage regulated devices such as Wearables, and other devices used for Mobility Factory Enablement.
Work towards providing the best in class user experience through technology, process and collaboration
Drive technical solutions to complex business problems, right from lightweight automation and POCs for future technology roadmaps to helping design and build robust and scalable solutions
Working knowledge of process automation through industry standard tools like ServiceNow, IPSoft, Nexthink, etc.
Perform and oversee the evaluation and implementation of new or updated Azure components to ensure the robust product lifecycle management including the delivery of new functionality, capacity, etc
Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure projects deploy seamlessly
Establish monthly meeting with service desks to review incident and root cause analysis (RCA) issues for service improvements
Monitor, report, and provide data on new mobile technological trends
Participate in Problem Management and Escalations
Drive effective continuous improvement
YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s Degree
8+ years enterprise IT experience
3+ years’ experience with Mobile Devices (iPad/iPhone/Apple TV/iOS/LTE) and telecom expertise
2+ years’ experience in Unified Endpoint Management platforms (VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune) and OS including Apple iOS, macOS and Google Android
Must be US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
