QSI is looking for someone to enter all the information from our sales and service teams into our CRM program.
We meet with New homebuyers during the design process to see what they need in their new home for low voltage and audio video.
This job also includes setting up customers for reoccurring billing and taking their payments.
- Enter data into databases or file systems accurately and efficiently
- Assist in maintaining client databases and records.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company, providing excellent customer service.
- Support project managers with documentation and coordination tasks.
- Track project timelines and deadlines.
- Verify and correct data entries as needed
- Perform regular data collection and analysis tasks
- Take information from spreadsheets and order forms to enter into our CRM.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Type, transcribe, and proofread documents as required
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in using databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fast typing speed with high accuracy at least 40 to 50 WPM.
