Check us out on the web! Job Description We are currently looking for an IT Systems Analyst to join our growing HR Technology team! In this role, you will report directly to the IT Manager of HR Technology.
You will perform a variety of duties to support the business HR systems and process improvements, including software setup, user training and user support.
You will work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze and validate requirements for changes to business processes and systems.

As an IT Systems Analyst, your duties and responsibilities will include: Proactively collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and clearly identify project stakeholders Work independently with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements Lead and manage requirements gathering and analysis activities to include facilitating meetings, providing agendas, recaps, and notes Partner with stakeholders, developers, and QA analysts to make sure all understand the business requirements Develop detailed requirements, process documentation, and solution design approaches that satisfy business needs for enterprise application initiatives Identify and assist in resolving issues, questions, and scope/requirements gaps quickly and effectively to enable delivery, testing, rollout, and support of applications Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle Partner with the PMs to ensure accurate estimates and milestones for requirements gathering Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to the business requirements – verbally or through written documentation – to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
Participate in production incident troubleshooting Perform initial validation, support unit testing, and facilitate UAT as needed Assist in driving initiatives forward from the requirements to implementation Qualifications WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE: 5+ years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst 2+ years of experience executing Scrum with development teams System integration experience highly preferred Led BA on complex projects for workflow-driven applications and translate them into more detailed user stories, use cases, and other functional requirements documents such as process flows, screen mock-ups and gap analysis Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interface and negotiate with business leadership and technical resources Strong analytical and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems Experience working in a SDLC process driven organization Experience working with Success Factors and /or SAP HANA Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment; consult with team members and management as needed BONUS POINTS FOR: Experience as a Systems Analyst or Subject Matter Expert in HR or T/A systems Hands on experience in implementing and/or supporting SuccessFactors HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance Management) #LI-SS1 Additional Information WHY JOIN US?
