Today, let's focus on a simple yet powerful practice: a Morning Stretch Routine. Starting your day with gentle stretching is a fantastic way to wake up your body, enhance flexibility, and boost your mobility. Here are some easy stretches to incorporate into your morning routine: Cat-Cow Stretch: Begin on your hands and knees. Inhale, arch your back, and lift your head (Cow Pose). Exhale, round your back, and tuck your chin (Cat Pose). Repeat for a few breaths. Forward Bend: Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Inhale, reach your arms overhead, and exhale as you fold forward, keeping the knees softly bent and reaching towards your toes. Hold for a few breaths. Child’s Pose: Kneel on the floor with your big toes touching and your knees separated or close together. Sit back on your heels, and extend your arms forward, resting your forehead on the ground. Breathe deeply and relax. Neck Stretches: Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder. Hold and switch sides.
