What is really provoking are the 2 questions towards the end of the article: Are you willing to have an avatar proxy of yourself at a Zoom meeting or be interviewed by an avatar? This made me think of what-if questions and many pros and cons such as: What-if Talent Acquisition/Interview Agent were able to source through public information about people, analyse these to create their persona, map capabilities, skills and experience to the open role, create a summary and rating of top candidates. It will likely target a different candidate pool to choose from and make the interview more efficient and hopefully target the right candidates. These are things that HR hardly have the time nor means to do thoroughly. Just one that I can think of. I would be interested to get your views.
