It's that time of year again - ✨Meet the MYNERVA Team ✨ We are one year in on our #startup journey, and so much has changed. We've grown, expanded, and added some amazing new faces to our company 🚀 Let's introduce the #team through some #funfacts 🎉 from left to right Nadine Brandenberg, besides being a kick-ass #IndustrialDesigner, belongs to the roughly 20% of population who can voluntarily move her auricular muscles. 👂🏻 Plainly speaking, she can wiggle her ears on demand! Luigi Carotenuto, our #TechLead who ensures our device is top notch, despite being Italian 🟢⚪🔴, doesn't like to cook. Nevertheless, he makes a mean gricia 🍝 Greta Preatoni, the #CEO and #TeamLead, is half Icelandic 🌋❄️From that side of the family, she has 22 aunts and uncles 👨👩👧👦 Alice Fornaciari, the #embedded systems engineer, comes from the land of Parmigiano and Lambrusco 🧀🍷Specifically, she was born in the same town #SMEG comes from. Sara Correia, our #QualitySpecialist who makes sure all the standards are followed to a tee 🍵, also memorizes song lyrics at lightning speed 🎶 She's our karaoke entry! Dunja Cekić, the #HardwareEngineer, loves a good book to relax to 📖 She is known for devouring a 700 page book over a single weekend. Robert John, the #SoftwareEngineer, writes immaculate code and on the side deadlifts 2x his body weight 🏋🏻 No big deal. Not in the picture, we have Shelley Horn, our #BusinessDeveloper, is by training a veterinarian. Her not-so-funny fact is that she had her nose broken by an alpaca 🦙 Kristín Helga Jónsdóttir, working on her #StudentProject with us, likes hiking and exploring nature 🏔️ However, the Swiss Alps are nothing in comparison to hiking up #Volcanos 🌋 And that's just a glimpse of the amazing talent behind the scenes! 🎄Annual Christmas dinner 🎄 Last night, our team organized a dinner together with some of the team members of Wyss Zurich who have been instrumental in our growth! What makes our dinners so unique is the different cultures and traditions that coexist in our team: Swiss, Serbian, Portuguese, Italian, German, American, Icelandic, Austrian 🗺️ Everyone gets the opportunity to bring a dish from their home country, share it with the rest, and win a fantastic prize. Little to say, the food was on par with the overall mood of the dinner 🎉 We had everything from the salty Italian erbazzone, to Serbian sarma, American mac'n'cheese, Swiss capuns, to the sweet Portuguese Tarte de Amendoa, American apple pie, German Käsekuchen 😋 You can guess who won the salty and who the sweet categories 🎁 Thank you to everyone who contributed with delicious dishes and for making the evening unforgettable full of festive spirit and lively conversations✨ Wishing you all a happy holiday season and a wonderful start to 2025! 🎆
