People development is one of my passions. I enjoy empowering my participants to develop their competencies and skills further, and as a trainer and coach, there is nothing more fulfilling than being proud of my trainees successes. This week, I had the pleasure to lead another training session on behalf of Fintelligence AG in Zurich. I had the opportunity to engage with a group of motivated client advisors working for a major Swiss Bank. The goal has been to make the participants fit to pass their oral examination with the goal to obtain their corresponding “SAQ Client Advisor Bank” certification. The focus has been put on a professional, holistic and needs-oriented client advisory approach: We explored strategies on how to optimally position both themselves and the bank, conducting purposeful needs analysis, proposing tailor-made solutions to clients, successfully handling client objections, and eventually and most importantly, closing the deal!
