We had another great discussion today during the third National Caregiving Strategy webinar hosted by the Canadian Centre for Caregiving Excellence. The topic was the Canadian Care Workforce. Concerns about compensation, workplace conditions, and immigration policies were raised. As a Canadian company holding these issues as top-of-mind, we know platforms like ours are part of the solution. While the whole care system needs a redesign to remedy these concerns, we must also be realistic and proactive about what can be done right now. Here's how Gravitii addresses each of the following pain points: 1. Improved precarious work circumstances >> Gravitii.care allows care providers to choose whom they work with, where, and for how long, reducing stress and risk of injury. 2. Better pay and access to benefits >> On our platform, care providers set their own rates for the services they provide, ensuring fair and appropriate compensation. 3.
