Skills Council of Canada (SCC) is an Ottawa-based education technology organization that supports Canadians in accessing skills development resources and the necessary tools to become job ready. With a focus on the more vulnerable and underserved groups across Canada, such as Black, Indigenous and people of colour youth, students, the underemployed, unemployed and their communities, SCC achieves its objectives through a collaborative partner network. By working with industry leaders across the country, SCC fosters opportunities for employment through Work Integrated Learning (WIL)experiences while being managed and support through SSC platform. A global vision to solve SDG4. United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG4) is focused on supporting quality education for all. We have built our solutions to ensure that we are inclusive of all people. As part of this focus, we have made sure that our solutions are scalable, multilingual, affordable, customizable and accessible no matter who a person is or where they are located.
