Coming from a small town and being a stranger to Toronto, the AdClub served as a welcoming haven where I could build new friendships while getting a jump start in my career.
I have many great memories, but the most impactful was leading the Student Day AdClub team in organising Student Day, a pivotal educational event that attracted 300 attendees the first year and over 350 the second year. As I represented the AdClub as a guest lecturer, I realised a newfound passion for teaching…Coming from a small town and being a stranger to Toronto, the AdClub served as a welcoming haven where I could build new friendships while getting a jump start in my career.

As I represented the AdClub as a guest lecturer, I realised a newfound passion for teaching, which I’m excited to pursue beyond just guest lectures.
My time with the AdClub remains a highlight of my career. I've met so many incredible people through the AdClub through the board and attending events who remain some of my closest friends today. -

My career path shifted since then but my passion for animal welfare has remained the same. I was fortunate to spend time away from the city life every weekend to volunteer at TWC's incredible rehab clinic in a beautiful forest.
