MD INTERVIEW | Corazon Mining expands Manitoba landholding on acquisition of high-grade deposits Corazon Mining Ltd (ASX:CZN, OTC:CRZNF) managing director Brett Smith joins Jonathan Jackson in the Proactive studio to discuss an agreement to expand its landholding in Manitoba, Canada, by acquiring three drill-defined zinc-copper-gold deposits near its flagship Lynn Lake nickel-copper-cobalt sulphide project. This strategic acquisition increases Corazon’s portfolio within the Lynn Lake region to seven zinc-copper-gold deposits and enhances the potential for Lynn Lake to become a regional polymetallic processing hub, focusing on critical minerals like zinc and copper. The MacBride deposit, the highlight of this acquisition, features significant historically published metal endowment with continuity from the surface to approximately 300 metres. Drilling results include 10.7 metres at 9.98% zinc and 0.56% copper from 32.9 metres and 4.9 metres at 9.86% zinc and 0.20% copper from 119.8 metres. The Wellmet Prospect shows numerous surface copper occurrences and electromagnetic conductors. Notable drill results include 4.2 metres at 6.20% zinc and 0.91% copper from 36.1 metres. The Barrington Prospect has shown copper mineralisation in sparse exploration drilling. Corazon’s strategy includes potentially restarting mining at Lynn Lake with a focus on low operational costs and leveraging high-grade zinc-copper deposits. Historical mining in the Lynn Lake region dates back to the 1940s, focusing on nickel sulphide, volcanogenic zinc-copper-gold massive sulphide and orogenic gold. Corazon will acquire the mineral tenure for C$153,600 (~A$168,000) with the vendor, PC Dunlop, retaining a 2% net smelter royalty. Corazon retains the right to purchase up to 1% of this royalty. Initial due diligence of the project areas has been completed.

I was looking through some Canadian Junior Miners stock performance on the TSX website early this morning, who have flat-lined and wondering why ? https://money.tmx.com I was caused to wonder why it is that a so called professional Global Stock Market, funded by so many different streams of various forms of income revenue, doing billions of dollars of global trading, have to look so scam and rink-dink like ? With pop-up adds need jump up constantly, up and down, up and down at users of their service? Why all popup adds have not yet been regulated off their service by their own so captured regulators? Why such statistically investor important website pages are allowed to run trash looking pop up advertisements ? Flashing constantly popping up and down, blocking information you need to constantly click on them to get them out of your way to minimize them, why ? For what ? Is it only not ever for the clear sake of their making some extra change, from someone. Does it say volumes about them ! Ya it does ! Volumes ! Without even considering it creates distraction and frustration to investors who need listed issued information daily. I can't legally do it, you can't legally do ? Will SEDAR be next ? SEDAR has enough to worry about fixing their own website but the TSX could always call The Toronto Dominion Bank well no they can't no, cause they have now been fined billions of dollars, for well you will have to google it to believe it! The TSX could always contact the Federal Canadian Government well sorry forgot also they can't cause our parliament its shut down too for well, you will have to google that too just to believe it. Adds on the website says a lot about what your getting there but again its about getting the money and is a heads up for all investors investing in Canada, is it not a tell for you ? It is for me ! Its just fine for some, depending on who they be. It smack of a double standard, no double standards in Canada its a democracy after all? Needs to be stopped ! They charge enough fees and are not short of money and have to supplement their millions of dollars, billions of dollars with stupid and dangerous rink-dink popup adds. Users are trying to get important data to make risk assessments on Junior mining companies in Canada for potential investors under important NI 43 101 regulations towards constructing required scientific and technical reports or are regulators just for some of us, it sure looks that way ? Can I poke the driller in the ribs while he's drilling, like he is some joke, are we their joke? Its their game, investors are just a game to them. If not there would be no rink-dink pop up adds on Canada's premier stock exchange website ? STLLR Gold recently announced assay results from the exploration drilling at targets in the Golden Highway area of the Tower Gold Project in the Timmins Mining Camp in Ontario, Canada. One of our Canadian uranium companies $AERO plans to start drilling on its projects on the northern edge of the Athabasca Basin, which is known worldwide for its uranium deposits, in early June. Numerous historic high-grade uranium occurrences have also been identified at surface on the project area, ranging from 0.1% to 12.39% U3O8. More than proud of the team at Fraser Mine, part of our Sudbury INO, for earning the right to call itself, “The Safest Mine in Canada.” Incredibly, this is the fifth year in a row a Glencore operation has earned this title as Nickel Rim South Mine, also part of Sudbury INO, as well as Raglan Mine and Matagami Mine, have all earned this title in recent history. Making the acknowledgment even sweeter is the fact that Nickel Rim South Mine and Raglan Mine earned the same distinction at a regional level for the provinces of Ontario and Quebec, respectively. I’ve deliberately used the term ‘earned’ to describe these feats. Running a safe mining operation, let alone the safest mining operation in jurisdictions with a deep history of mining, does not come easily. Today, Magna Mining Inc. is pleased to release the updated PEA for our Crean Hill mine. Following the recent weakness in nickel prices over the last 18 months, this PEA was designed to more accurately reflect the mining operation at Crean Hill that we intend to execute under a conservative long term nickel price assumption. This PEA has confirmed that the Crean Hill mine is a project than can be put back into production for a modest upfront capital cost, while at the same time having quick ramp up and payback periods. As we expected, Crean Hill appears to be a project that demonstrates strong projected economics even in the current low nickel price environment.
