IAB Canada - Blue Ant Media branded content partnership
What does an association do? We aimed to explain through our Youtube channel what we do and what benefits members could expect through working with IAB Canada. Kelly managed the partnership with Blue Ant capturing vital moments in events and committee meetings. Highlights include Robin Doolittle discussing the importance of journalism on stage at MIXX concurrent to her work on Rob Ford and city hall.

Internal data systems and e-commerce processes were either non-existant or badly out of date. The team identified platforms and implemented a membership CRM system (Salesforce), an event management system (CVENT), a research system (Qualtrics) and an online learning management system (Docebo). These new systems were, where appropriate, integrated with the existing content management system (Wordpress) which was all ported into a responsive design template. As the manager my role was secure the…

As the manager my role was secure the approval and funding from the Board Executive and ensure the system benefits were distributed amongst all stakeholders in the association.
