We had an amazing time at the MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers Conference 2024! Litens team showcased its cutting-edge EV solutions, including the #eAXPump, #HPBooster, #MiniHub, and #LitensPower Battery. Our fully electric Ford eRanger, converted with LitensPower technology, was a major highlight. The Litens team delivered an exclusive presentation where Alonso Enriquez provided a comprehensive Litens overview, Sean Kieran shared the details into the LitensPower battery pack and Patryk Bernacki highlighted our advanced thermal management solutions.   Team had engaging discussions with representatives from General Motors, Scout Motors Inc., Ford Motor Company, Volkswagen of America, Inc, Toyota North America, Nissan Motor Corporation, Hyundai Motor America, American Honda Motor Company, Inc., and others, exploring potential collaborations and sharing insights on the future of the automotive industry.   Sean also joined a panel discussion on "Accelerating Electrification: Advances in Lithium-Ion Battery Technology for Automotive and Commercial Applications" alongside Simon Buderath (P3) and Steve Pekarcik (Zeon Chemicals), moderated by Hannah Lutz (Automotive News). We had interviews with our leaders, including Prasad Atluri (VP of Innovation), Vikas Sherwal (VP of Purchasing), Jeff Longeway (Director of Sales), Sean Kieran (Chief Engineer) and Zeeshan Qadri (Global Marketing Manager).   The conference emphasized the importance of sustainable practices in the automotive industry, aligning with Litens' commitment to environmentally responsible solutions. Wir freuen uns über eine erfolgreiche Teilnahme an der IZB 2024 in Wolfsburg. Neben der Möglichkeit unsere neuesten Innovationen vorzustellen, hatten wir auch die Chance mit anderen Experten der Branche in Kontakt zu treten. An unserem Messestand konnten wir den Besuchern unsere Produkte 3D-animiert auf einem großen Bildschirm aber auch direkt in unserem Showcar, einem VW ID.4, zeigen. Dazu gehörten ein virtueller Showroom und die Möglichkeit, alle im ID.4 verbauten Litens Produkte per Touchscreen im Auto anzusteuern. Ob Batterypack, Heat Pump Booster, eAX Pumpe oder Mini Hub – unsere Produkte haben allesamt großes Interesse geweckt. Besonders freuen wir uns auch über die Nominierung als eines der „25 Products to watch“ durch die Automobilwoche. Zudem hatten wir die Gelegenheit, strategische Partnerschaften zu vertiefen und auszubauen. Insgesamt war die Veranstaltung ein großer Erfolg, der es uns ermöglichte, wertvolle Kontakte in der Branche zu knüpfen. Wir möchten allen danken, die dazu beigetragen haben, unsere Teilnahme an der IZB 2024 zu einem Erfolg zu machen.

Litens Brasil inaugurated a state-of-the-art test and validation laboratory. The event was attended by Flaviu Dinca, Vice President of Product Engineering, and Rob Barlow, Global Quality Director. This new facility provides a significant advantage for our customers and streamlining our supply and development processes. The laboratory is equipped with advanced machinery, designed for high-frequency #durabilitytesting of #pulleys. Additionally, the equipment allow for the validation of ADTs and HDTs, capable of testing multiple elements simultaneously. The facility is used for durability testing in TBTs for #vehicles with conventional belts or oil belt systems. Lastly, it also validates load functionality and damping characteristics. We extend our gratitude to everyone involved in this project. Litens Canada had a fantastic time hosting grade 9 students for Take Our Kids to Work Day today. From ice-breaking activities to hands-on experiences, the day was filled with learning and exploration. Highlights included: 🔧 A tour of our manufacturing facility where students saw robots in action 🌱 Insights from our Sustainability team on Litens' environmental initiatives 🤖 A STEM activity where students built their own solar-powered robots 🔍 A demonstration of Litens' advanced Quality Assurance Process 🏭 A closer look at automation and production systems at our OAD work centre The students also received valuable insights on the future of innovation and got a chance to ask questions and connect with our team.
