Today, as we reflect on #HumanRightsDay, this image takes on a deeper meaning. It’s a snapshot of the incredible effort and resilience our team at GCCW demonstrates, building in some of the harshest conditions imaginable. Human Rights Day reminds us that dignity, respect, and fairness must be at the heart of everything we do, not just in words, but in how we lead and support our people. Out here, where the work is tough and the weather tougher, it’s about recognizing the human effort behind every project and ensuring every individual feels valued. To all crews across the Patrick Group of Companies, thank you for your dedication and grit. Your work not only builds our projects but also shapes the foundation of what we stand for as a unity. Together, we’re committed to creating environments where hard work is met with respect, equality, and care. Let’s keep building, better workplaces, stronger teams, and a more inclusive future.

Keeping Old Man Winter Outside the Door At GCCW, it’s all about teamwork, adaptability, and putting our employees first. On this remote project, Old Man Winter showed up, blanketing everything in sight. But our field team wasn’t about to let that slow them down! To keep the ground thawed and our work moving forward, they built a forced air shelter—proving once again that when challenges arise, our team rises higher. It’s not easy working in the North, but with our clients’ needs in mind and a commitment to deliver solutions, our crew makes it happen. Proud of everything you do, GCCW Field Team!

Empowering Our Team Through Learning and Innovation Yesterday, our HR team proudly represented Patrick Group of Companies at the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association Summit 2024 in Toronto. This inspiring event brought together HR professionals to discuss pivotal topics like diversity, equity, and inclusion, workplace mental health, and the future of HR technology. We’re incredibly proud of Jessy Paz and Karen Reyes for participating in these meaningful conversations and bringing back valuable insights that will enhance our efforts to build an inclusive, innovative, and people-focused workplace. 🌟 A heartfelt thank you to Jodi Kovitz CEO of HRPA, for leading such an impactful event and fostering a space for learning, collaboration, and growth. At Patrick Group, we believe that continuous professional development is key to driving success—for our team, our organization, and the communities we serve.

Quality and Durability: The Legacy GCCW is Building When we talk about legacy, we’re talking about building things that last. At GCCW, quality and durability aren’t just goals—they’re the standard. Every project we take on, we build like it’s going to stand for generations. That’s what keeps us going: knowing that what we build today will be around for years to come.

See Why Teamwork is GCCW’s Foundation for Success At GCCW, our team isn’t just a group of people—it’s a family. We work side by side, putting our trust in each other to make every project a success. That sense of teamwork? It’s what makes us strong, and it’s what you see in the structures we build. When you work with us, you’re working with a team that’s got your back.

Fridays at GCCW: Projects, Paws, and Plenty of Smiles Melvin doesn’t just love coordinating projects at GCCW—he’s also a fan of hanging out with furry friends! This week, Lucky, André’s dog, brought extra joy to the office, proving that even the busiest days can be made brighter with a wagging tail. Like Leslie trusting her fishes with the team (and let’s hope those fishes are still alive!), our crew knows how to work hard and enjoy the little things that make us who we are.
