Throwback Thursday to the day we celebrated PML's 35th anniversary. How great does a part of our large team look rocking those 35-year t-shirts with pride? And, of course, we couldn’t forget to spoil Andrew, Graham, and Jim with a sweet treat. What a memorable milestone!

Imagine walking into a project where the odds are stacked high, with tight deadlines, impossible budgets, and the label of “high risk.” Most would hesitate, but not this team. This was the challenge we recently faced, and what unfolded was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very start, it was all hands-on deck. The planning phase alone was a masterclass in problem-solving, with the team catching and addressing issues before they even had a chance to become problems. When the fabrication process kicked off, it was a whirlwind of speed and precision, parts coming together seamlessly like a giant puzzle, each piece crafted to perfection. And then came the installation. What could’ve been days of stress and delays turned into a smooth, two-day operation that left everyone in awe. Pipes were fitted with expert care, welds passed intense scrutiny, and the most challenging tie-ins were completed with patience and focus. Even when the project wrapped up ahead of schedule, the energy didn’t stop. The team jumped right into another task, proving that adaptability and dedication are at the heart of what we do. It’s moments like these that make working here feel like more than just a job. It’s about being part of something bigger, solving complex problems, pushing boundaries, and celebrating every win together.

We couldn’t let the year wrap up without sharing a little throwback to one of our commercial projects right here in the City of Greater Sudbury. This one’s close to our hearts, not just because of the work we did but because of the amazing people who made it happen. From our skilled trades team to our project managers and everyone in between, every step of the process was handled with care, expertise, and a whole lot of local pride. Being able to work in and for the community we love is what drives us every day. Whether it’s projects right here at home or further afield, we’re always proud to represent Sudbury.
