Fengate's annual Fall Food Drive in support of The Salvation Army in Canada and Kerr Street Mission was a great success once again this year. 2,178 pounds of non-perishable food items (as well as essentials such as soap, shampoo, laundry soap and toothpaste) were collected at Fengate's commercial properties in Toronto, Oakville and Burlington to be distributed to the most vulnerable in our community this season. The generosity of our tenants is very much appreciated. #givingback #community

We are excited to share that eStruxture Data Centers has committed more than $750 million to advance Alberta’s #digitaleconomy by building the largest #datacenter in the province, ‘CAL-3’. In June, Fengate and eStruxture announced a record $1.8 billion transaction in which Fengate acquired a majority stake in the company. It was the single biggest investment ever made in the Canadian data center industry and one of the largest privately led deals of 2024. Fengate’s investment propelled the nationwide expansion of eStruxture’s portfolio to meet soaring global demand for data center capacity being driven by #AI, high-capacity #computing and #cloudservices. When it powers up in 2026, the 90-megawatt capacity CAL-3 will be eStruxture’s third data center in Alberta and sixteenth in Canada.
