‼️ We are hiring !! 2 part-time positions for Inventory Coordinator roles are now open for application at KSM. Reporting to the Manager of Food Services, this individual will be an essential member of the KSM Food Services team and will be responsible for the organization and movement of inventory to support various program functions. Hours: 20 – 30hrs / Week Contract Duration: 6 months Qualifications: • Valid G License and clear drivers abstract • A humble heart • Client-focused and a passion to serve others • Ability to move inventory up to 50 lbs at a time • Collaborative and ability to work effectively with other people • Experience working with inventory management systems is an asset • Understanding of health and safety and operational policies • Strong organization and time management • Ability to work independently and complete projects to desired outcomes • Problem-solving and innovation skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary • Experience operating pallet jack and walkie stacker or willingness to learn • Computer proficiency with MS office programs • JHSC and First Aid Certification is an asset • Minimum of 2 years experience in a related position or equivalent experience is an asset A successful vulnerable sector police background check is a requirement and a pre-requisite along with a minimum of two references. Our volunteer roles are a commitment but come with flexibility and our brand new volunteer management system gives you the ability to sign up for shifts according to your availability.
